With bidirectional software I can easily access your computer from my office to perform support operations that do not require direct physical access to any hardware. All that is necessary is a functioning connection to the internet so that the two computers can be connected.
Updates, software installation and diagnosis of malfunctions are some of the tasks that can be carried out remotely. Even coaching is possible, for example if one needs a little help with one particular task.
Using the link on this page you download the program and install it on your computer. During the installation you enter the password that I give you and tell me what the Internet ID is that the program has generated (e.g. 123-456-789).
After I have entered this data into my end of the program, the two computers will be connected and I can begin helping you.
